PCB announced 15 member ODI squad for the five match series with SL in UAE starting from 13^th October at Dubai. Senior Opening Batsman and Ex captain Azhar Ali not included in the team. The PCB official said he has problem in knee and Doctors suggest him 7 week rest therefore he has given time for rest.

The Critics cannon targeting the Chief Selector Inzimam ul Haq on selection of his nephew in the team but he is confident and faces the media with proper words.

“He is my Nephew and the selection procedure is same as for the other 15, he was topper in last two years and deserve to be in the team and my best wishes for all the team members including Imam” Inzimam answer the media in Dubai.

Chief selector Justify the team defeat and playing selection for both the tests with the words that it’s sole responsibility of captain and coach and they did best in their capacities.

“Pakistan Test team selection responsibility of the team management and I think they did best it’s not possible for Paksitan that they looking for bowler like Heerath and similarly not possible for SL to found Yasir Shah in case of their successors, therefore they have to focus on their own strength” Inzimam commented on Pakistan Defeat in first Test

Pakistan Team in Champions Trophy will now play five ODI matches against SL with one change that is Imam ul Haq.
