PCB management asked players to submit accounts details including family members

Pakistan Cricket board that is controlling the cricketers and cricketing activities as an independent autonomous body , now decide to control the financial matters of the cricketers like FIA (Federal Investigation Agency. A source from PCB anti corruption and vigilance department said “We are working on Spot fixing and as pre caution we need to check all details of Assets players and their relevant to meet the investigative requirements”.

“ It’s not an issue of respect and discrimination but purely on central contract clause base because PCB has right to collect all the information of Players income from PCB, ICC and other major leagues to monitor all the activities” an official working on high profile seat in PCB said.

“The present situation of the players income sources not transparent because of number of foreign leagues and marketing contracts outside the country  and Vigilance cell also want to put all this in his radar especially after the spot Fixing incidents in PSL as precautionary measure of resent Spot Fixing issues” Officer exclaimed with solidarity.

PCB in this regard sent reminders to all the central contracted players to submit all the relevant information in due course.

Players Reaction

A senior player showed his deep concerns on this situation and said we are not politicians and not the Government servants but they are bounding us to show all the assets not ourselves but also our family members its purely wrong and discrimination.
