Pakistan Cricket team's poor performance in the ICC WT20 2016 put questions on the entire management and structure of the PCB and shake the pillars with the message of big changes. Pakistan Cricket team who started his journey with the marginal win over BanglaDash but after that they lost all of its remaining three matches from India, New Zealand and Australia respectively.
The defeat of Pakistan Cricket team may result big changes in the entire management of the Pakistan Cricket Board as the national assembly moved motion by the opposition party and the main stream media started campaign of change with full swing.
The reports of Head coach Waqar Younis and Manager Intikhab Alam also leaked to the media organizations which put questions on the secrecy of documentation system of the PCB. the reports were leaked from the Fact Finding Committee which is consist of three top officials of the PCB, Subhan Ahmad Chief Operating officer, Iqbal Qasim ex test cricket and chief selector and Shakeel Sheikh Chairman Cricket Committee and head of fact finding committee.
The reports leaks made head coach Waqar younis angered and he meet the federal minister of sports Riaz hussain peerzada and handed over his report to deliver to the pattern in chief of PCB prime minister of Pakistan Mr. Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif.
Intikhab alam and coach Waqar younis fully blamed Captain shahid afridi and his close juniors Umar Akmal Ahmad shahzad and said they never follow the plan in the ground not only against India he made blunders but also against Australia and new Zealand also.
