The World XI includes five players from South Africa, three from Australia, two from the Windies, and one each from Bangladesh, England, New Zealand and Sri Lanka will tour Pakistan from 12 to 15 September to play three T20’s in the captaincy of Faf Du Plessie.

Former Zimbabwe captain and ex-England coach Andy Flower will be the coach of the side, which will arrive in Lahore on 11 September after attending a two-day camp in Dubai.
World XI captain Faf du Plessis said: “I am honoured to have been appointed as captain of such a diverse, attractive and well-balanced side. Like most of the players, I look forward to my maiden tour to Lahore and play my part in the safe and gradual resumption of international cricket in Pakistan.

Pakistani Cricketer who is more famous for his extra cricket disputes than cricket has requested PCB Chairman Najam Sethi to form committee to probe dispute between him and Head coach Mickey Arthur.


“I was shocked when it happened at NCA in the presence of Mushtaq Ahmad and Inzimam ul Haq, Mickey abused me and use slag words for me, I know I am national player and always scheduled to practice at NCA but at that day Grant Flower refused me to do a session” Umar Stated.
Umar anchored his dispute with Mickey as National respect, PCB Respect and Respect for the national Flag in his Answer and requested to form a high level committee consists of Loral Cricketer, PCB high Official and Government Official to investigate the matter but unfortunately Umar’s Lawyer don’t know about the limits of Chairman PCB as he has not any power to call Government official to look into the matter.
“I request to chairman PCB Najam Sethi to look into the matter and form a committee consists of well reputed senior player, Government Official to inquire the whole matter as per law and if I found guilty I will apologize and if Mickey found Guilty he has also asked to apologize” Umar Akmal said in his written letter to PCB.

PCB Camp for World XI will start from 7th September at Gaddafi Stadium Lahore PCB ordered players to report on 6th at NCA who disperse on 24 after fitness tests

The World XI tour will start from 2nd week of September and national team will leave for Dubai on 25th September to play home series against Sri Lanka. PCB who has called upon all central contracted players for three day fitness tests now order all these players to report again at NCA on 6th September for the Camp against World XI and Home Series against Sri Lanka. The 35 centrally contracted players will finish their tests on Thursday after day night session which will held at Qaddafi in lights from 4pm to 8pm. Pakistan Cricket team captain Sarfraz Ahamd who was came back from English county for the fitness test will again left for UK on Thursday night to join his family in England. Muhamamd Amir, Hafeez, Hassan Ali and all others who are playing in CPL will also join their teams accordingly from Friday to onward.
