It was a nice sunny day in Zurich when i planned to visit FIFA museum with my friend Ahmad who is living in Germany. We traveled from Frankfurt to Zurich at weekend on my wish to see the city and FIFA headquarter.
I was in Europe to cover FIH champions trophy along the FIFA Football world cup 2018 in Russia.
My trip to Europe was just like a week long break from hectic schedule of FIFA WC2018.
It is situated in the mid of the city and very near to main train station of Zurich.

Sarfraz Ahmad a man who is famous because of Indian Movie Dialogue “Sarfaraz dhoka nahi dega/ sarfraz will never disoppint” and on various occasions He proved himself as per dialogue but this time he need more consistency with bat along with the captain tactics.

Sarfraz Ahmad who’s playing eleven is lacking in experience as compared to his predecessor Misbah has the biggest challenge of drop catches from the fielders which will affect the match.

Sarfraz who played 39 test matches and scored 2236 runs with the average of 39. He scored 3 hundreds and 14 fifties in his test match innings, He has scored 234 runs in his last ten innings with stats frm West indies to Ireland (9,23,51,4,18,19,14,68,20,8).

Sarfraz who have a challenge to win his career first test against England as captain but also to prove himself the best technical captain on Britain Land. He lost the two test match home series against Sri Lanka in 2017 but won the only historical and inaugural test of Ireland a week earlier.

Pakistan 16 member squad looks like lacking of experience ever in the Pakistan Cricket Team tour ti England Soil in history. There are five member are uncapped (Fakhar Zaman, Imam Ul Haq, Usman Salah Udin, Saad Ali, Faheem Ashraf), Haris Sohail and Hassan Ali played two tests each, Fast Bowler Muhammad Abbas played 5 test matches only. Pakistan Fast Bowling Squad have five members in total in which the most experienced is M.Amir who played 30 test matche, Rahat Ali 20 and Faheem Asharaf who is selected in the team as bowling all rounder looking for test cap during the most important tour.

Pakistan Cricket team batting side has the most experienced man is Azhar Ali (62 test matches), Asad Shafique is 2^nd with 58 test matches while captain Sarfraz Ahamd has 38, Sami Aslam 13, Babar azam 11, Haris Sohail played two test matches only.

Football is still one of the popular games in Pakistan but not well flourished in international arenas. The game was facing serious trouble after June 2015 elections in which Faisal Saleh Hayat led body elected for the next four years term and Government backed party lost its position. The result of victory of Faisal Saleh Hayat was serious concern for the politicized government as they want to take control of PFF for captain Safdar Son in Law of that time prime minister Mian Muhammad Nawaz Shareef. The interference resulted control on Fifa house and PFF accounts and because of this FIFA suspended PFF.

The Lahore High court has given the decision in favor of Faisal Saleh Hayat and ordered government and PSB to not to interfere in the PFF affairs and hand over the clean control on 27^th February, after two days of dialogue with the Administrator the control of FIFA football house now shifted to Fiasal Saleh Hayat led body who declared the court right party and the PFF polls of June 2015.

Seceretary PFF on this occasion said “We are happy that we won the fight for right and now we will work with concentration for the betterment of Football in Pakistan”.  

Ahmad Yar khan Lodhi said "The FIFA suspension will lift by FIFA after president satisfactory letter but it will be happen after taking charge of accounts and all related stuff in next week".

 PCB spokes man said while giving information about the opening ceremony that

“The ceremony is a wonderful reflection of Pakistan’s culture and heritage beautifully amalgamated with modernity, an internationally acclaimed artist like Jason Derulo will perform this year following in the footsteps of Sean Paul and Shaggy who made their mark at the first two editions of the HBL PSL”.

In the opening ceremony along with Abida Parween two young and upcoming movie stars who have already made an impression at the Pakistani showbiz scene Hareem Farooq and Bilal Ashraf will also perform and they briefed the media about their thoughts about PSL.

Speaking at the occasion the Chairman of Pakistan Cricket Board Mr. Najam Sethi thanked the artists for taking part in the HBL PSL opening ceremony festivities, the chairman added that the participating performers will make the event a truly memorable one.

“The HBL PSL opening ceremonies in the first two seasons have set a very high benchmark and have raised the bar for sporting leagues around the world. Keeping with the tradition the season three opening ceremony should dazzle the audiences at the stadium and the millions watching on their TV screens and through our LIVE stream around the world.”

Shehzad Roy-(Internationally acclaimed singer associated with the HBL PSL since the inception of the league)

Sachal Orchestra-(Internationally acclaimed orchestra set to mesmerize with their soulful Folk/Sufi tunes; they will also perform a powerful rendition of our beloved National Anthem)

Emcees for the event Bilal Ashraf and Hareem Farooq.

Meanwhile, Jason Derulo-(Internationally acclaimed American Pop music artist set to perform some his smash hit numbers will be joining the ceremony tomorrow.

Ceremony and match timings

The ceremony starts at 7pm UAE time, the ceremony would be followed by the first match of the tournament between defending champions Peshawar Zalmi and newcomers Multan Sultans, the match will start at 9:00 pm
