The medicine was proposed him by Dr Sohail PCB medicine specialist, sources form NCA
Dr Sohail was responsible to deal with the matter.

Pakistani leg spinner Yasir shah who was suspended by the ICC due to his positive dope test taken on 13th November in UAE during PAk Eng Cricket series.
Yasir shah who was talikng medicine to release the drugs through urine was suggested by the Medicine head of PCB Dr Sohail, Sources revealed to the Current Line with the consent promise to hiding his name.
"it is the sole responsibility of Dr, Sohail as head of medicine department PCB which he did not fulfill as per description and over looked the matter while mr Branson the Team Physio asked them to take care but Dr, Sohail were not bothering ".

The
International Cricket Council (ICC) today announced that Pakistan’s
bowler Yasir Shah has been charged with an anti-doping rule violation
under the ICC Anti-Doping Code.
The
sample Yasir provided in an in-competition test, which was conducted on
13 November 2015, was found to contain the presence of chlortalidone,
a Prohibited Substance which appears in Section 5 of the
WADA Prohibited List (in the category of Specified Substances).
In accordance with the ICC Anti-Doping Code, pending the outcome
of the disciplinary process, Yasir has been provisionally suspended.
The
matter will now be dealt with in accordance with the process set down
in the Code, and until such time as the process is resolved, the ICC
will make no further comment on this matter.
